I know some of you were curious if the "think before you speak" people (a few posts below if you missed the saga) discovered some of the 'secrets' of their new house...Now Before I tell you this...let me stress...I AM NOT GOSSIPING....I am simply "updating"....There is a distinction.
Now that clarification is out of the way...let's chat....They took down the wall paper in the kitchen (one of many rooms with wall paper). She hired in people to do it (again- fact, not gossip), they were going to do removal of said wallpaper, skim coat of the wall, re-paint etc. Well,tack on hanging new sheet rock in the ENTIRE kitchen to that...it was that bad.
This AM she asked Rob what is under the carpet going up the stairs. Whatever they built the house with lady, why? Previous She Devil Homeowner told buyer she *thinks* there's hardwood under it. NOW, if there is hardwood under your carpet, and you've owned the house pretty much since it was built...chances are...you'd know if it was or wasn't hardwood, yes?
So with that little update, I'm ready to head off for a long weekend at the beach with the family at my parents. I'm sure I'll have a ton of pictures to share when we get back!
